During the finish phase, we ensure the clamp payload situation, Screw accessibility and easy maintenance. Finally we deliver the layout details and complete bill of material for manufacturing after quality checks are done.
Every design is closely validate in all phases with simulation team to ensure the error free tool release.
Team is capable of handling 3D /2D design in CATIA, NX and FIDES software's. Also have hands on experience on Daimler NX Add-on tools, Q-checker, SLE BOM, VW N-Tool, Validat, KSL BOM, BMW Karisma ,FM-Stueli and GM tool-kit.
Our process involves initial layout validation, robot reach study, Panel orientation study, concept tool design, spot distribution, cycle time validation, Kinematics of fixture, gripper, gun etc.
Tool validation and issue rectification idea, spot distribution final and validated as per fixture design interference, sequence cycle time, final gun design mounting, Gripper/gun payload confirmation and robot home spec.
Layout finalization – robot model, riser height, fence, light screen and other control box placement finalization, layout output, interference zone, I\O, Sequence, aux data – OLP as per required controllers, final cycle time arrival and document output, final weld spot list doc, final layout output, downloads, robot mounting specs., robot home position specs.
